AFTER 2000

A version "2000" of the standards ISO 9001, 9002 and 9003 was published in December 2000. It is a unified version presented under name ISO 9001:2000 System of management of quality - Requirements.

The standard ISO 9001:2000 primarily relates to the system effectiveness of management of quality to meet the requirements of the customer and on the improvement continues, while basing itself on an process approach. Thanks to its structure, the ISO 9001:2000 allows a complete articulation with other standards of management such as the ISO 14001 relating to environmental management.

The environment of the ISO 9001:2000 is supplemented by the ISO 9000, Système of management of quality - essential Principles and vocabulary and the ISO 9004 System of management of quality - Hot lines for the improvement of the performances.
